Studies on the vascular flora of the northwestern Highland Rim of Middle Tennessee have resulted in several additions to the State flora and numerous range extensions within the State. An annotated list includes 16 new or verified taxa for the State, 47 range extensions within the State, and 6 county records for species rarely found in Tennessee.
