This report presents sighting records of all birds and mammals encountered during a survey of the mainland coast and adjacent islands on the southern shore of the Kenai Peninsula. The survey took place from 25 June to 12 July 1986 and extended from Gore Point to Cape Resurrection. Its primary purpose was to detect gross changes in coastal sea bird and marine mammal distribution and abundance as compared to a 1976 survey. Data are presented in tabular format and related to appended large-scale maps.
