Fishing pressure and consequent management are discussed, a program of biological inventory was suggested, each major stream was reviewed, and problems and possibilities of restocking were mentioned. Detailed plans for restocking streams was presented, and a cost analysis submitted. The fish hatchery at Kephart Prong needed repairs, as did several rearing stations. Suggested regulations governing fishing were made.
