Anning P. 2001. Habitat Types Present in a Tiger Rattlesnake Research Plot, Rincon Mountain District, Saguaro National Park, Arizona. Division of Science and Resources Management, Saguaro National Park

This ArcView data set illustrates the habitat types present on a research plot to study movement patterns of individual tiger rattlesnakes in the Rincon Mountain District. Each snake in the study population is implanted with a radio transmitter and its location is recorded at least once a week during the spring, summer and fall seasons using radio telemetry. A habitat map was created to determine seasonal habitat selection by these tiger rattlesnakes.
