The geospatial wetlands data for Point Reyes National Seashore and Golden Gate National Recreation Area contain data on wetlands location and the Cowardin classification as defined by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service. The minimum mapping unit for these area features is most commonly 100 sq. meters, however in the case of dunes slack habitats, the MMU is 9 sq. meters. When completed, this dataset will provide coverage for all wetlands within these two park areas.
