Land ownership tract boundaries were digitized from National Park Service Division of Land Acquisition maps for War in the Pacific National Historic Park. These maps record the authorized boundary of the park as well as the ownership status for individual tracts (or parcels) of land. Ownership tracts are classified as as either federal, private or public land. War in the Pacific National Historic Park was established in August 1978 and the Lands Division map was last updated in 1999.
