A plan for the recovery and protection of the Cumberland rosemary (Conradina verticillata), which occurs in the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area, Kentucky and Tennessee, and the Obed Wild and Scenic River, Tennessee. There is a description of the Cumberland rosemary that includes a diagram. The distribution, life history, habitat, reasons for listing, conservation measures, and a strategy for the recovery of the species are discussed. The recovery plan and implementation schedule are presented. The appendix contains a table that shows the locations of populations, population data, ownership, and year of data and reporter of the known occurrences of the Cumberland rosemary.
