A water quality monitoring program for Cuyahoga Valley National Park has existed since 1984. Water quality monitoring site locations were mapped using GPS in 2002. Water quality sites include the following tributaries Brandywine Creek, Tinker's Creek, Spring Creek, Boston Run, Brookside Creek CMA Creek, Columbia Run, Dickerson Run, Furnace Run, Haskell Run, Ira Creek Langes Run, Oakhill Creek, Robinson Run, Sagamore Creek, Salt Run, Stone Creek, and Yellow Creek. by plotting points manually onto DRGs. Site locations are approximate and may include several exclosure baskets and control plots.
