Critical municipal areas in the MNRRA that are required by state law to have a critical areas plan. Outer boundaries (legislative boundary) were copied from MNRRA legislative boundary vector file. (See legislative history file for details). Interior boundaries (those separating critical areas of different types) were taken from 1:24000 scale maps published as part of State of Minnesota Executive Order No. 79-19: Continuing Designation of the Mississippi River Corridor as a Critical Area.
