Fleet in the Mississippi National River and Recreation Area. These are existing fleeting areas. The data source was fleeting company representatives. Fleeting areas were plotted on 1989 COE Navigation Charts (1inch equals 3000 feet) by barge industry representatives. These areas were transferred manually to 1:24000 mylar overlays, then digitized in GRASS.
