Parks within the Mississippi National River and Recreation Area. Parks information in the the form of maps and documents was gathered by a National Park Service contractor, DHM, Inc. of Denver. After bringing the information to a common scale (1:24000), DHM drafted park boundaries onto mylar quad overlays. The boundaries were then digitized using the GRASS digit module. A separate document lists: the source information used for each park, its owner/manager, and which 1:24000 quads the park is found in.
