PIPEFMUP is an ArcInfo polygon coverage representing natural resource management units. Unit boundaries are defined by natural features such as geology or vegetation communities and cultural features such as roads and trails. This coverage was derived from the Management Units coverage (PIPEMANP). NOTE: Pre-1998 Fire History layers were derived directly from PIPEMANP. The PIPEFMUP coverage was used to derive coverages beginning in 1998.
