PIPEMBDP is an ArcInfo polygon coverage derived from the perimeter fence layer. The fence lines were extended to create a complete polygon. The coverage is intended to serve as a resource management boundary and not a legal version of the park's extent. The coverage projection is UTM Zone 14 / NAD 83.
