TAPRLTCP is an ARC/INFO polygon coverage of one of several proposed management plans developed by the GMP team. The focus of Alternative C is the visitor experience dividing the preserve into development, moderate, and dispersed uses. The Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve Draft General Management Plan and Environmental Impact Statement (10/99) contains detailed information on each of the alternatives.
