A summary of the red wolf (Canis rufus) propagation activities on Horn Island in the Gulf Islands National Seashore, Florida and Mississippi. Radio telemetry was used to monitor movement by the wolves. Population studies of small mammals on the island were conducted by trapping, setting baited tracking stations, conducting cross island transects, and scat analysis. The age of captured rabbits was determined. The results are discussed and presented in tabular and graphical form.
