The Administrative Boundary for Wind Cave is based primarily on USGS Digital Line Graphs (DLGs). Minor modifications were required and are based on the park's transporatation coverage and 1990's soft copy primary base series. Earlier historic park boundaries (1903, 1931, 1946) though less accurate, offer a view of park development over time.
