The final EIS/General Management Plan Appendix F outlines the process used which included public participation through the Environmental Impact Statement process. The final Environmental Impact Statement is filed in the headquarters library and the office of the Environmental Specialist at Zion National Park, Highway 9, Springdale UT 84767.
