This is a polygon file showing the paved and unpaved/gravel parking lot perimeters as polygons at Badlands National Park (BADL), South Dakota. The coordinate data were collected using a handheld Trimble GeoXT. These parking lots are located throughout the park and are generally associated with: the visitor center at Cedar Pass, Cedar Pass Lodge, resident housing, ranger stations, trailheads, scenic turnouts and overlooks.
