This data set contains imagery from the National Agricultural Imagery Program (NAIP). NAIP acquires digital ortho imagery during the agricultural growing seasons in the continental U.S.. This NAIP product is a 2 meter ground sample distance (GSD) ortho imagery rectified to a horizontal accuracy of within +/- 10 meters of reference digital ortho quarter quads (DOQQS) from the National Digital Ortho Program (NDOP). foscnaip2004.sid contains 1 compressed and appended NAIP image, subset of Bourbon county, for the area in and around Fort Scott National Historic Site. The compression ratio applied in the MrSID software was 20:1 all other parameters were the software default values. The data set has been projected to UTM Zone 15N, nad83.
