Postfire Landsat imagery of 1999 Uvgoon2 fire. This 30-meter Geo-TIFF image is a subset of Landsat 7 ETM+ imagery collected July 12, 2000. Landsat scene is from path 81 row 12 over Noatak National Preserve. Scene has been subset around the 1999 Uvgoon2 fire. The three-band Geo-TIFF is comprised of Landsat bands 7 (red), 4 (green), and 3 (blue). The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has entered into a cooperative agreement with the National Park Service (NPS) to deliver satellite imagery and derivitive products centered on major fires that impact national parks and other federal lands. This data set was compiled at the request of a federal land management agency and is part of a suite of products generated for a specific fire.
