Land use/land cover data produced for individual Quarter Million Quads. This map is one of a number of project areas in Alaska. These data were reclassified to the Alaska Interim Land Cover Mapping Program land cover classes (U.S.G.S., 1987; Shasby and Carneggie 1986; Fitzpatrick-Lins and others 1989). Each individual land cover map was resampled to ~50-60 m pixel size and projected into the Alaska Albers Equal-Area Conic projection. Class values are shown in the Entity Overview Section below.
