Originally hand delineated & digitized based on visual interpretation of 1:24000 scale topographic contour lines on a map of Mount Desert Island produced by DeLorme Mapping Company. Some field work was done to verify drainage divides in a few places where the delineator, Steve Perrin, had questions.
