The major section of relevence to natural resources is the problem/programming sheets which describe the problem and list alternative actions & probable impacts, recommended course of action, requirements to accomplish action, and funding. The 13 projects listed here are: 1 -Acquire & authorize new lands; 2 - Erosion Control Plan; 3 - Wildlife/Vegetation Management Plan (better information on threatened/endangered/exotic species, better distribution information, a digitized vegetation map); 4 - Aerial photography (should be duplicated every 10 years); 5 - Native American Uses of the Park (resolve conflicts with park regulations); 6 - IPM (Integrated Pest Management); 7 - Air Quality (monitor to be sure doesn't exceed class II levels); 8 - Climatological Data (need more information from surrounding area); 9 - Cliff Monitoring (rockfalls); 10 - Noise levels; 11 - Water Resources; 12 - Fire Management Plan and 13 - Backcountry Management Plan.
