A study concerned with the effects of Hurricane Erin on the beach nourishment project on Perdido Key in the Gulf Islands National Seashore, Florida and Mississippi. Beach profiles were surveyed at previously established survey monuments along Perdido Key. The beach profiles are compared to those of previous surveys. The storm conditions of Hurricane Erin from weather bout 42036 are discussed and presented in graphical form. The results are discussed and presented in tabular and graphical form. There are maps showing the locations of the survey monuments.
