This document is a semi-annual report on some of the initial investigations concerning the impact of beach nourishment on the intertidal and subtidal invertebrate communities located on Perdido Key, Florida. Parameters of study included species diversity, population density, species distribution and community structure. Some beach physical features are also discussed relative to species succession and interactions.
