Plan for Rodeo Lagoon. The goal is to "decrease the ongoing sedimentation into the lagoon, enhance vegetative health and protect the critical wildlife habitat of the lagoon environs." The report includes a description of the current resource (water, plants, wildlife) and "enhancement elements" (water quality & quantity, wildlife and vegetation). Appendices include a list of plants, a list of birds and results of a terrestrial vertebrate survey in the Rodeo Lagoon area.
