The report includes descriptions of water quality, natural resources, and river usage of the Lower St. Croix River. This is an evaluation of the resources of the Riverway for inclusion in the National Wild and Scenic River System. The study team included the National Park Service, Forest Service, Minnesota and Wisconsin Departments of Natural Resources, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Minnesota-Wisconsin Boundary Area Commission. The report includes descriptions of water quality, natural resources, and river usage. Recommendations are summarized and a concept development plan is presented here.
