Includes sections on serpentine vegetation, serpentine floristics, rare plants, and serpentine soil chemistry. Appendix I is a 27-page list of plant species and an indication of which serpentine grasslands and chaparral it is found in. Appendix II consists of tables of soil chemistry data.
