Followed by foldout maps (lines drawn on aerial photographs). Introduction states 'The soils in the survey area formed under forest. They are dominantly light colored and loamy. Some are wet, and a few are ponded. Some clayey soils are found along the Neches River. Erosion is a minor problem.'
