This report is Volume 2 of a 4 part report. Volume 2 addresses adjustments of the nearshore-beach profile along the north shore of West Ship Island due to cold front passage. The monitoring project began in June, 1996 and continued for a 12 month period. The field studies monitored morphological changes to the beach and nearshore and monitored the meteorological and hydrodynamic characteristics of cold fronts during March and April of 1997. The report also includes the impacts of Hurricane Danny on the south side beach - nearshore area.
