The paper is the result of a survey of the timbering and agricultural possibilities of the region. The pages are unnumbered, and it appears that the paper is incomplete, in that great detail is given to areas in the Great Smoky Mountains, but not on the regions now in Pisgah, Cherokee, and Nantahala National Forests.
