This study applied a statistical analysis to a 6 year , multiparameter dataset to try to explain the spatial dependence and inherent variation of water quality patterns in the Florida Bay and Whitewater bay areas of Everglades National Park. The report gives the results of a cluster analysis that groups stations with similar water quality. The document states that "contiguous groups of stations with similar water quality are the result of comparable interactions." Principal component analysis was used to assess the underlying patterns in the distribution of the measured parameters. A table summarizes the results of the statistical analysis of the water quality parameters. Graphs, tables and maps present the data.
