The objective of this study was to use a chemical equilibrium model to describe the dissolved inorganic aluminum dynamics of a small stream at base flow and during rain events. Input to the model was based on measurements of dissolved aluminum (in three fractions) taken from a small watershed, White Oak Run, in the Shenandoah National Park
