BIRDS: Discusses the following 12 species, notes nesting activity, and where they may be found on Mount Desert Island: Ring-necked Duck (nesting), Phoebe (nesting), Yellow-bellied Flycatcher, Blue Jay, Blue Bird, Cape May Warbler (no longer nesting), Black-throated Blue Warbler, Blackburnian Warbler (nesting), Bay-breasted Warbler (nesting), Indigo Bunting, Purple Finch (nesting), and Lincoln's Sparrow (nesting)
