Report on specimens taken from the Rob and Bessie Welder Wildlife Foundation Refuge, Sinton, Texas, near the Padre Island National Seashore. These specimens of male Ollia parvella indicate that is is not a Peoriine but a Phycitine, placing it in a new genus: Welderella.
