The purpose of the study was to document and evaluate the plant communties occurring at Minute Man National Historical Park, to locate exemplary communties, and to find rare species. Field work was done in May, June, and October 1992 in both the North Bridge Unit and the Battle Road Unit. Dominant communties were: oak-hickory forests, oak-maple forests, red maple forests, and red maple swamps.
