Teti P and Horns M. 1982. Summary report: [rehabilitation] site 81-4: M-7-5-1/M-3-1 roads

This report is one of a large group containing details of individual projects done as part of the major rehabilitation efforts in the Redwood Creek basin, Redwood National Park, California. It concerns restoration work on three rocked haul roads near Bridge Creek [in the Devils Creek area, according to the vegetation report]. The beginning is brief introductory descriptions of the site, timber harvest and road history, and erosion features. Most of the rest consists of tables of equipment use and costs. It includes a short listing of vegetation treatments. Background information on file for each site includes photopoint files (photopoint maps and description of locations for documentary photographs), color slides (the work process, before-and-after documentation), administrative files (calculations of volumes for excavation, equipment/hours/costs, daily logs, contracts, etc.), detailed geomorphic site maps (unmarked mylar base maps with overlays), and aerial photographs.
