This report looks at the areas of Lassen Volcanic National Park that is currently used by the bald eagle (Haliaeetus leucocephalus) and peregrine falcon (Falco peregrinus). It determines the nature of that use and the effects of proposed habitat changes, back country use, and general visitor use of park facilities upon the two species. A monitoring system for the two endangered species was implemented.
