This report identifies mosses, algae, and liverworts found in the Sims Pond area of the Blue Ridge Parkway. With an annotated specimen list including 31 genera of algae, 21 species of mosses (9 families), and 32 species of liverworts (17 families). The introductory section notes that work in other seasons would undoubtedly discover more of all 3 plant types.
