Tracking grizzly bears

This report briefly mentions new developments and results obtained from radio-tracking grizzly bears in Yellowstone National Park. Nine additional grizzlies had been instrumented since making an earlier report. The tracking system is described and examples given of the type of data obtained. The function of the tracking system and its purpose is mentioned along with its potential and possible applications.
