Study of seabird food in the tidal flats (organisms that live in the substrate, their distribution based on variations in habitat - salinity and substrate texture, and their seasonal variation), and the diet each species of seabirds and how diet is affected by seasonal variations in prey. Appendix includes tables and graphs of data (numbers of prey organisms and variation throughout the year, prey found in fecal samples and stomach-pump samples). Appendix also includes a copy of the article "Feeding Behavior and Diet of the Long-Billed Curlew and Willet" which is described in a separate record. Bolinas Lagoon is just south of Point Reyes National Seashore.
