Describes the distribution of introduced, vascular plants in Kipahulu Valley (between elevation 610-2020 meters). Reports the status of fifty-five exotic weed species, including 30 previously unrecorded ones. The strawberry guava (Psidium cattleianum) is determined to be the most serious threat to the ecosystem. Also recommends the control of feral pigs (Sus scrofa) in the Valley. A buffer zone between the lower and upper valley is recommended.
