In 1976, plant specimens were collected west of Bonanza Peak, 5 km north of McCarthy. Habitats visited included alpine meadow; dwarf-shrub heaths; rock faces, boulder fields, and screes; Jumbo Creek streambank; scrub-woodland; ruderal habitats; and recent moraine. The species list provided is limited to previously unreported species. The list is accompanied where appropriate by explanatory text.
