This is the results of the fifteenth consecutive year of wintering bald eagle (Haliaeetus leucocephalus) monitoring near Alamo and Capulin Canyons at Bandelier National Monument, NM. Bald eagles were counted at fixed points and castings were collected beneath roosts. Among the results compared over the last fifteen years are total populations, casting compositions, distribution of foraging eagles, temperature, precipitation, and Cochiti Reservoir levels. Included is the date and results of all air and ground counts performed by the author, the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish, and the US Army Corps of Engineers from 1989-1993. The appendices contain information on roost trees and the dietary contents of castings found below.
