This report is a survey of the wooded area of the "Home of Franklin D. Roosevelt National Historic Site", encompassing about 175 acres. (It does not include the fields, the orchard, the meadow, or the area around the buildings.) It was done in order to 1.) provide data needed to identify and preserve the natural resources of the site, 2.) identify relationships among these resources, and 3.)identify any resource related problems that could affect the preservation of this natural area. Consists of 38pp of report text plus vegetation species list and statistics, 2 maps, and photocopies of 3 aerial photos. Specifically for FDR National Historic Site.
