This study is a quantitative evaluation of the effects of visitor use on the vegetation of backcountry campsites at Bandelier National Monument, NM. Vegetation dominance and frequency were analyzed to determine if overuse was occurring. Includes a list of plants encountered along line intercept transects at seven backcountry campsites.
