The vocalizations of Violet-green Swallows were recorded and the behavior was observed during May-July 1980 at Rustler Park and at the Southwestern Research Station in the Chiricahua Mountains. "Twitter" calls and chee-chee were two classes of vocalizations that were heard. These calls help determine the swallow's behavior or activity.
