The Water Resource Division is conducting this study to determine if ground water pumping is causing the decline of spring flow at Pipe Spring National Monument. The purpose of this report is to summarize the information obtained to date from Pipe Spring spring flow study and to evaluate whether the present approach will provide the information necessary to determine the cause of spring flow decline.
