This study describes and identifies water resources of Prince William Forest Park and possible locations for additional supply wells and springs. The survey evaluates ground water storage capacity and lists possible locations for new water supplies. These supplies could be utilized in the future if current water resources fail to meet park demands. Includes introduction to the study; physiographic and geologic setting; water resources (precipitation, ground water, streamflow); present water use; present water supply; alternatives for additional supplies; and conclusions.
