Conservation of the wetlands at Quitobaquito Hills Springs is to be a joint project of the national monument and Luke Air Force Base, and the document covers the period of July 1995 to October 1998. Specific plans are given for assessment and activities concerning non-native vegetation and fish, site restoration, springs, bats (especially the two sensitive species Eumops underwoodi and Eumops perotis), and wetlands education.
